Inspiring Minds

Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right. ~ Virgil

I like to check in on Facebook a couple of times a day, particularly since moving to Florida. I can keep up with family & friends back home, as well as the local news there.

I came across a short, inspirational video that I wanted to share. It was very uplifting for anybody who has doubts about themselves, their capabilities, or where they’re headed in life (sounds familiar, yes?)

Right now, I have no real home (of my own), no job (yet), and I sure don’t know exactly what direction I’m headed! The changes I’ve made over the last year are big ones, but I really believed they were necessary, in order to have a better future.

It’s easy to lose sight of that now, when everything is so uncertain. It’s easy to give in to the doubts and fears that I won’t be able to reach my goals or realize my dreams.

So, I need to keep reminding myself that life is short and we have to live every minute in the best way possible. I must remember that reaching our dreams is never easy. It usually requires hard work and patience.

And sometimes it requires change

I’m going to stop looking back and keep my eyes to the future. I’m going to value today for the gift that it is. In the meantime, I’m going to read, watch, and listen to all the positive resources available. When I come across a good one, I’ll share it here on my blog.

Need a little lift? Try this:

Out with doubt & forget regret, live your dreams NOW.

Where Did All the Pictures Go?

Help

I’m not technologically savvy, so I’m turning to my readers to see if you can help me. Or, point me in the right direction to a clear, concise and easy-to-understand article, tutorial, etc. that will show me how to fix this problem.

When I go back into older posts, all my photos have disappeared! What the heck?

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is that little box that says what picture used to be there worth?

This happens with my photos and photos I get from the web. I spend a lot of time choosing the right pictures and, if it’s my own photos, doing some editing to enhance them. I’m so upset that this is happening!

Can someone help me out with this?
