“K” is for karma.

Karma refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect). Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering.

In years past we described it as “what goes around, comes around” and “you reap what you sow.”

I like the idea of karma; it’s a great equalizer and doesn’t play favorites. There’s a comfort in believing that good works are rewarded and injustices don’t go unnoticed. The only thing required is belief and…
